COVID-19 : Our engagements towards our collaborators and our customers

In these very difficult days, as citizens, we are committed to being respectful and to making sure that the measures taken by the government are respected and that the recommendations of health organizations are followed as closely as possible.
As professionals in the elevator industry, we are mobilized so that our co-citizens can be sure to have access to their homes.

Our top priority is to protect the health of our employees and their families. All employees who can do so now work from home.
They are in a position to answer your questions and price requests as well as possible. Do not hesitate to contact your usual contacts, giving priority to sending your inquiries by e-mail. Their reactivity will probably not be the one they can have when we are all in the same place, but they will have the same
determination to bring you the answers you expect.

All the necessary precautions are taken to ensure that the staff in charge of manufacturing in the factory can work with complete peace of mind. All customers expecting a delivery this week have been contacted. Orders that have been confirmed will be shipped and delivered. Next week’s planning is organized in the same way.

We are continuing to register incoming orders and will do our very best to meet the deadlines we confirm, even if we are facing too many unknowns to guarantee all deadlines, as you can imagine.

Concerning the flow of spare parts, we maintain this service from Chaponost, your usual contact Frédéric Di Pierro can be reached at frederic.dipierro@slycma.com. Departures of parts in stock are currently daily via Chronopost or any other specific transport available.

The situation will probably change according to government regulations and we will keep you informed of any changes that may be required.

Our priority, like everyone else’s, is to stop the spread of the virus.
