Spare parts, at SLYCMA, non-stop service

We are starting this month of December which we have decided to dedicate to SLYCMA’s service. Today, we focus on the spare parts service which is the right solution for all your repairs !

The spare parts service, how does it work?

There are several opportunities to collect your spare parts.

Withdrawal at the counter

It is possible to pick up in our Lyon or Parisian counters to collect your items from stock. To ensure the availability of your parts do not hesitate to contact our Office-based Account Manager by email or telephone.

The standard order

You can contact Frédéric Di Pierro and Dominique Gourtaud to request spare parts. They will send you a quotation that you can convert into an order.

In order to save time on the preparation of the quotation and therefore on the delivery of your order, you will find hereafter some find some ideas of tips that can help us to better understand your needs  :

• The Slycma order number visible on the label stuck on the operator,

• A photo of the component itself
• The installation address of the lift,

When the part you need is in stock :

• If your order is received before noon, we guarantee that your parcel will leave our workshop in the afternoon.
• If it is received later, your parcel will leave our workshop the next day.

If your part is not in stock you will be informed of the delivery time as soon as our teams create the quotation.

Ordering through the e-shop

The e-shop gives you access to our spare parts current top sales. Our e-shop will be expanded in 2021.
The interface gives you direct access to product availability information.

Open 7 days a week and 24 hours a day !

If you order during our opening hours, the same shipping times as for the classic order will be applied.

On the other hand, if a last-minute repair is required, you are completely autonomous and can order outside our opening hours. You are assured that your parcel will leave the next working day.

Spare parts for models no longer on the market

At SLYCMA, in order to facilitate your repairs, we keep the parts for up to 10 years after the end of selling. Enough to renovate the oldest models without any problem.

Spare parts for custom-made doors

In the same way as for the old models whose selling has been stopped, our data base allow us to follow up on all the requests for customised manufacturing processed by our Design Office since its computerisation. This process allows us to manufacture your 5-legged sheep identically even several years later!
